Every Halo comes with a 30-day home trial. Live with it, play your favourite records, let it settle into your space. If it's not for you, send it back — no questions, no explanations needed.

This is your right as an EU consumer, but we go a step further: we cover return shipping within the EU, not just refund the purchase price.

Write to hello@georgevanadium.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label and pickup arrangement.

Pack the Halo in its original box with the microfiber pouches and documentation card. If you've kept the original packaging, we can reuse it — one less box in the world.

Once we receive the speaker back at the workshop, we'll refund the full purchase price within a few working days. You'll get an email confirmation when the refund is on its way.

The Halo should come back in the condition it left — used, played, lived with, but not damaged. Small marks from normal use are fine. A speaker that's been dropped or gotten wet isn't.

We don't test-play returned units before crediting. We trust you.

Limited editions come with the same 30-day trial as standard Halos. A returned limited edition goes back into circulation — the numbered unit you had could become someone else's.
