Shipping

Every Halo is built to order. When you place an order, we start building your speaker — from cabinet to final tuning. Production takes a few weeks for colours that aren't in stock. For colours currently in stock, we ship within 2-5 working days.

You'll receive updates as your unit moves through the workshop. If timing matters — a birthday, a house move, an anniversary — write to us and we'll do what we can.

We currently ship within the European Union. Free shipping to all EU countries.

Outside the EU? Write to hello@georgevanadium.com and we'll figure it out together. We haven't set up standard non-EU shipping yet, but we can arrange it individually.

Every Halo is packed by hand in a custom-designed box, with the speaker protected by microfiber pouches and a signed documentation card. You won't find plastic peanuts or excessive filler — just materials that respect what's inside.

Shipping partner: DHL Express, tracked. You'll receive a tracking number when your speaker leaves the workshop.

Damaged in transit? Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Package lost? DHL's tracking system usually clears things up within a day or two. If it doesn't, we'll sort it out — that's not your problem to solve.
